About the Journal

Journal of Arts (J. Arts) is an open-access, international academic journal that publishes original research in art disciplines such as visual arts, performing arts, literature, music, and new media, based on a double-blind peer review system. Articles in English and Turkish are accepted for publication.

  • New Media and Creative Industries

Publication Frequency

J. Arts has transitioned to a continuous publication flow starting with Volume 8 in 2025. Articles will be assigned to the relevant issue as they are accepted. Once an article is accepted, it will be published online without waiting for the entire journal issue to be completed. Depending on the increase in the number of submitted articles, the publication frequency may be increased to twice a year in the future.

Archiving
Digital preservation is ensured through LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems.
