This study examines the changes in awareness, taking responsibility, and motivation in the professional coaching. The data collection tool used in this study consists of a total of six questions designed to identify participants' gender, age and educational status, awareness, responsibility taking and motivation changes. The prepared data collection tool was implemented at the end of the coaching interviews with face-to-face interviews with the coaching service recipients. According to the results of the analysis, it was determined that the level of awareness of those who receive coaching service is high and the level of taking responsibility and motivation is moderate. Another important finding in the study is that; gender, age, level of education, awareness, responsibility and motivation.
