Art and innovative concepts are whole. They are indivisible and they are complete together. They are
two beautiful together. The essential condition must carry property its owner for a work to able to
regarded art work. Every work must carry traces of its creator. In that case, it should be to lay the
groundwork for creative ideas that are priorities in art education. Individuals should be able to
express themselves comfortably from a young age, able to look different and see, able to read and
interpret, they have to show and exhibit creative ideas. Art education and creativity are also under the
influence of cultures. In this article, the individualism-socialist cultures that Geert Hofstede has
included in the Theory of Cultural Dimensions will be addressed to the effects of art education and
creativity.
