From the Editor

Dear Scientists, Researchers, and Readers,

As we strive to enrich the body of knowledge in quantum technologies and informatics research, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote innovative solutions, we are proud to present the third issue of the second year of the Journal of Quantum Technologies and Informatics Research (JQTAIR). This issue is enriched with valuable articles targeting both the academic community and industry professionals.

Quantum computing, artificial intelligence, optimization algorithms, and data analytics continue to open new horizons in some of the most dynamic and innovative fields today. This rapid progression not only shapes the scientific world but also influences the impact of technology on our daily lives. Our journal aims to facilitate the dissemination of studies in these areas, bridging the gap between knowledge and society while ensuring that innovations reach broader audiences.

This issue features three original and impactful articles covering a wide range of topics, including an overview of optimization algorithms, feature selection in music popularity classification using metaheuristic methods, and the role of quantum technologies in future intelligence paradigms. We believe these contributions will not only enhance academic knowledge but also inspire researchers seeking to develop practical solutions.

Mission and Objectives of the Journal

JQTAIR, with its multidisciplinary approach, fosters interaction between quantum technologies and informatics research, bringing together scientists from diverse disciplines. Our journal is not merely a platform for publishing academic articles; it is a knowledge-sharing network that prioritizes ethics, scientific excellence, and innovation. Our mission is to host studies that push the boundaries of technology and science, thereby bridging academic expertise with practical applications.

Each article in this issue makes significant contributions to the research landscape. For instance, the study on optimization algorithms provides potential solutions to data-intensive problems. Similarly, the work on feature selection in music popularity classification using metaheuristic methods introduces innovative approaches to data analysis. The exploration of the role of quantum technologies in future intelligence paradigms investigates the impact of technological advancements on security and intelligence.
