In this study, it was tried to determine the effect of disabled people, tourism participation restrictions, motivations and exhausted ones on tourism participation intentions. The limitations, motivations, exhaustions and constraints of disabled people are gathered through a questionnaire survey designed to determine the intention to participate in tourism with motivation and burnout. Reliability and validity of the scales were examined by confirmatory factor analysis. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to determine the constraints of disabled people, their motivation to participate in tourism activities, and their impact on their intent to participate in tourism. It has been observed that motivation increases as disabled people have more restrictions. In this case, there was no increase in the intention to participate in tourism with increased motivation while expecting an increase in the intention to participate in tourism. There is an inverse relationship between intention and burnout. The increase in burnout affects the intention to participate in tourism negatively with disabilities.
