Reducing unemployment and get the job done with the adult population, it is one of the most important problems of the developed and developing countries. To this end, developed countries have taken measures and support mechanisms for providing employment. employment in our country with the same goal of supporting studies carried out by Turkey Business Council, supported employment providers are regularly given to different sectors. The enterprises, employment by providing training for new job man / day depending on the number of support to provide, on the job training for the unemployed in this way is intended to reduce unemployment and to gain the workforce. This study examined the contribution to the operating efficiency of the employees' job perception on the job training, has been questioned by poll workers to 200 people in the textile industry, 170 people analyzed data been answering questions and give effect to the efficiency of business perceptions were investigated.
