The impact of ergonomic change on the psychological well-being and productivity of employees is a long-standing research topic and numerous studies in the past literature indicate that ergonomic change positively affects employees' psychological well-being and productivity. In this study, the effect of physical environment improvement in an electrical home appliances manufacturer on employee satisfaction and production efficiency was examined and the hypothesis that physical environment change had a positive effect on employee satisfaction and productivity was accepted.
