Sinizmin işten ayrılma niyetine etkisinde etik iklimin rolü: Bilişim sektöründe bir uygulama

Özet

Araştırma, yüksek işten ayrılma oranlarının önemli zorluklar teşkil ettiği ve rekabetin giderek arttığı bilişim sektöründe, örgütsel sinizmin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisini ve bu ilişkide algılanan örgütsel etik iklimin aracılık rolünü araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında bilişim sektöründe çalışan 342 kişiden elde edilen veriler SPSS 26.00 ve Smart PLS 4 kullanılarak yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları örgütsel sinizmin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde pozitif etkiye sahip olduğunu ortaya koymuş ve böylece sinizmin işgücü istikrarı üzerindeki potansiyel yıkıcılığına işaret etmiştir. Bununla birlikte söz konusu etkiye, sadece işten ayrılma niyetini azaltmakla kalmayıp aynı zamanda sinizmin zararlı etkisini tamponlayan algılanan örgütsel etik iklimin aracılık ettiği bulunmuştur. Bulgular, etik bir çalışma ortamının sinizmin olumsuz etkilerini azaltmada ve çalışanların kurumda kalmasını sağlamada oynadığı kritik rolün altını çizmektedir. Bu içgörülerin pratik sonuçları geniş kapsamlı olup, kuruluşların sinizmle mücadele etmek ve işten ayrılma niyetini azaltmak, böylece kurumsal sürekliliği ve performansı sağlamak için bir araç olarak etik bir iklimi teşvik etmeye stratejik olarak yatırım yapmaları gerektiğini göstermektedir.
