In recent years, the concept of Holistic Economics has come to the fore with the concept of sustainability. Holistic Economics (E-ISSN: 2792-0828) refers to approaches to addressing the economy in an integrated way and with all its connections on the basis of sustainability. Together with Holistics Economics, economic theory will both express a more sustainable economic approach and better analyze real life. Based on this reality, our journal will include articles on holistic approaches to the economy. The aim is to bring together studies that deal with the economy in all its dimensions on the basis of sustainability, and to provide an academic framework in which holistic economic theories are formed and integrated together.</p> <p>The scope of the journal is all fields related to economics such as economy, finance, accounting, finance, management, business, marketing ... with a holistic approach to understanding the economy. However, family businesses face many problems in this regard and these problems threaten their family names. There are various internal and external factors that affect the continuity of family businesses. The external factors in question; It consists of parameters related to environmental conditions such as market conditions, economic situation, political stance, foreign market and domestic market. However, the main problems in family businesses seem to be internal rather than external factors. This problem, like having an emotional identity at the beginning, is also seen to be caused by some characteristics of family businesses when looked carefully. When the reasons for these factors are examined, the personal characteristics of the founders and the family and business values that the family business grasps and owns, role conflict, transfer process, disagreement, etc. It has been seen that family businesses are an effective way on continuity and sustainability.<br />Family businesses mostly consist of family members in management. In family businesses that reach a certain size, it becomes a necessity to have a professional manager. However, family businesses have difficulties in recruiting professional managers. Because professional managers will not want to take part in such an institution because of conflicts and disagreements in family businesses. Professional managers must remain committed to businesses in both the family and business environment. For this reason, it is known that professional managers are not very open to job offers from family businesses in their business portfolio. This study was conducted in four Internal Displacement Person camps. The research aims to determine how survivors adapted to society after their liberation. Then, identify appropriate programs for them. Social problems and factors that help these women adapt to the community. A descriptive style was used for interviews with a mixed approach. A purposive sample of 36 survivors was selected. Most survivors have psychological disorders, in addition to thinking of missing persons. Young people are more vulnerable to all kinds of violence. Emotional survivors have a sense of surrender; most of the illiterate class survivors have remained in captivity for an extended period of more than three years. The economic situation is terrible because young people have been killed or the elderly cannot get work. The recommendations of the study are to employ female survivors. The provision of medicines for patients because it is a section of survivors take medicine, tracing through international organizations, providing psychosocial support for survivors, and their inclusion in individual psychotherapy intervention groups. Metropolitan Municipality Law No. 5216 s. 26 and Municipal Law No. 5393 s. 70 it gives municipalities the right and opportunity to establish companies in the fields of duties and services assigned to them.</p> <p>BIT is the abbreviation of “Municipal Economic Enterprises”. It refers to the state of “Public Economic Enterprises” known as KIT’s at the level of local governments. While the ownership or partnership of the Treasury is mentioned in KIT’s, it is the ownership or partnership of the relevant local administration in BIT’s.</p> <p>In this paper, while dealing with BITs and their relations with the municipalities they are affiliated with, the management of the public resources they create is also examined in terms of efficiency. For example, the tables based on financial performance are based on the years 2018 and 2021. This process is also the period of Covid-19, and the performances of municipalities and BITs in this process are given statistically at the end of the tables of each municipality. In the aforementioned statistics some interesting information and results were obtained.</p> <p>With the total public resources created and used by IBB in 2021, it is more than the budgets of most ministries and is the second after our largest company EPİAŞ. With a total public resource of 104 billion TL created and managed by the five BBs we examined, they use public resources equal to 8% of Turkey’s budget revenues of 1.272 billion TL in 2021.</p> <p>The total public resources of 1,391 municipalities and companies (BITs) are much higher than Turkey’s budget revenues.</p>2023-04-25T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2023 Holistence Publications
