With the world becoming increasingly digitalized, the significance of cybersecurity is on the rise. Countries and communities alike are investing in the necessary precautions and joining forces to combat national and international cyber-attacks. This study provides valuable insights into cyber security, cyber-attacks, common cyber security structures, and global cyber-attack trends in recent years. Furthermore, recommendations for member states of the Organization of Turkic States to establish a joint cyber defense force termed the "Collective Cyber Defense Force," are presented. The study offers essential information for states, researchers, scientists, and individuals interested in this field, serving as a valuable resource for future studies.
