Information and communication technologies are great importance for all sectors in information based economy. Moreover, taking big share from the international trading of information and communication technologies is as importance as producing and using of these technologies in terms of placing the countries in global economy. On the other hand, the truth exposed by the globalization is occurrence of economic crises on a global scale. Economic crises certainly affect ICT export of countries. In this study, the shift-share in ICT export of OECD countries is analyzed in 2008-2009 global economic crisis. In the analysis, Esteban-Marquillas version of shift-share technique is used.
