A new approach to determining the components of authentic leadership
Abstract
The aim of this study, which was carried out with the aim of creating a new perspective with a literature review and critical evaluation, is to determine the common points, intersections and different approaches after evaluating the authentic leadership components separately which are currently generally accepted and used in research. To this end, a new list of authentic leadership components, which are expected to be more understandable and acceptable, has been prepared by evaluation and interpretation of authentic leadership components which are most commonly used in both academic and practical studies and developed by Kernis, Ilies et al., Sparrowe, Gardner et al. and Walumbwa et al.
