THE DOMESTIC TRANSFORMATION OF COFFEE CONSUMPTION HABITS IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PROCESS
Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to determine the changes in coffee consumption habits of coffee lovers during the Covid-19 pandemic process. For this purpose, a total of 42 participants trying to maintain their coffee consumption habits at home during the pandemic process were reached through Google Forms “Word frequency analysis and descriptive analysis” were used in the analysis of the data obtained from the research. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the participants had a significant increase in the amount of coffee consumption during the pandemic process, faced some problems related to coffee consumption in home conditions, and acted with a measure for outside coffee consumption during the normalization period that started on June 1. In the study, it was also determined that the participants consumed the most "filter coffee, Turkish coffee, and cold brew" at home during the pandemic process.
