Turkish is a language rich in vocabulary and deep-rooted. Of course, idioms have a great place in the vocabulary of such a rich and deep-rooted language. However, idioms are not just phrases specific to Turkish. There are also idioms in the vocabulary of other languages of the world. English is only one of these languages. The dictionary named “Oxford Dictionary of Idioms”, in which English idioms are discussed, constitutes the universe of this study. The subject is that the letters H, I-I and J in this dictionary are evaluated as an expression at the beginning of the item; however, the idiomatic feature creates controversial structures. In four previous articles on this subject, the phrases given under the letters A and B in the dictionary as per item; The expressions given under the letter C as per item; The expressions given as heading under the letter D and E and finally the expressions given as the head of the item under the letter F and G were examined. Since this study is a continuation of the others, the structures that can be idioms in the letters H, I-I and J were determined and presented with numerical data with the same approach and evaluations.
