Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the level and variety of traditional Çanakkale ceramics used in Tabaklar Village. Traditional Çanakkale ceramics are produced extensively in the during the 17th20th centuries, most of it was exported out of Çanakkale. On the other hand, it is important that the use of these ceramics in Tabaklar Village, which is one of the villagers with low incomes that we have selected in Çanakkale, gives suggestive results about the propagation of traditional Çanakkale ceramics in the domestic market. When it is evaluated in terms of clay body, slip, glaze and decor, it is seen that the ceramic samples offer a rich variety
