Abstract

Knowledge economy ; widespread use of information and communication technology services as a central information economy.Information , this feature is becoming more important than people focusing on new technology helps to meet other production inputs. Information factor differs from other factors of production.Because the information you use does not decreas. Society of the information society, we see the transformation of the economy to a knowledge economy. Society identifiable information developed societies.Because; Society is proportional to dominate information and technology has progressed. Information gained through community education and continuous formation. Lifelong learning, information is easier to adapt to society. This; possible through the effective use of technology in education. Development and Ministry of Education in Turkey; information, develop strategies, taking into account the needs of society, is to do your research. For lifelong learning ; investment in education should be supported by the use of computers , it should be increased. Training should be provided on gender equality should be informed society should be strengthened and training.It is proportional to the development and success of the industry and sector knowledge intensity . information allows for more opportunities to increase their technological innovations that focus on a more rational and innovative sector. The importance of the knowledge economy in all developed countries, and interest continues to increase. Because this country is the most important factor is the ability to move information. The purpose of this study ; information society , noting the importance of the knowledge economy and lifelong education , information and to emphasize the need for well-trained individuals for the establishment of the community.This is only possible through lifelong education . organizations to develop Technology Research and Development Activities to be supported by the state of society we should use technology more widespread.
