Acetate buffer (pH 5.50) was selected for analytical purposes.  The diffusion-controlled nature of the peak was established.   A linear calibration curve for DPV analysis was constructed in the clozapine concentration range from 3x10<sup>-6</sup> mol L<sup>-1 </sup>to 1x10<sup>-5</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were obtained as 4.082x10<sup>-7</sup> mol L<sup>-1 </sup>and 1.361x10<sup>-6</sup> mol L<sup>-1 </sup>respectively.  Validation of applied voltammetric techniques was checked with recovery studies.   </em></p>}, number={2}, journal={HEALTH SCIENCES QUARTERLY}, author={EKER, Reyhan and YILMAZ, Selehattin and YAĞMUR, Sultan and TONGUC YAYINTAS, Ozlem}, year={2018}, month={Feb.}, pages={19–29} }
