Call for Papers (December 2025 Issue)

The Journal of Quantum Technologies and Informatics Research (JQTAIR) is pleased to announce that Prof. Dr. Yew Kee WONG from Hong Kong Chu Hai College has been appointed as the Guest Editor for the December 2025 Issue.

Prof. Wong is an internationally recognized scholar with over three decades of academic experience in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Web3 Technologies, and Big Data Analytics. He has served in senior leadership roles, including as Associate Vice-President and Registrar at Hong Kong Chu Hai College, and previously as Senior Programme Director at The University of Hong Kong (HKU-SPACE).

He has authored and co-authored more than 190 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and conferences such as IEEE and Springer Nature, and has successfully led research projects totaling over USD 10 million in funding. Prof. Wong is also a Fellow and active member of IEEE, ACM, AAAI, ISACA, and AIP, among several other international professional organizations.

Under his editorial leadership, this special issue of JQTAIR invites researchers, practitioners, and academicians to submit original and high-quality research papers focusing on:

  • Quantum Information and Quantum Computing

  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

  • Web3, Blockchain, and Big Data Analytics

  • Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Systems

  • Computational Intelligence and Applied Mathematics

  • Educational Technologies and Ethics in Technology

All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review and will be published immediately upon acceptance under the Continuous Publication Model with assigned DOIs. JQTAIR is an open-access, COPE-compliant, and fee-free journal indexed in several international databases including ASCI Database, OpenAIRE, Google Scholar, EconPapers, Scilit, and Index Copernicus.
