No. Article submissions are accepted continuously throughout the year. A deadline may be set for special issues; in this case, information will be provided on the “Announcements” page.

3. Review Process

Q7. How does the review process work?
Our journal applies a double-blind peer-review model: The identities of the authors are hidden from the reviewers; the identities of the reviewers are hidden from the authors.

Submitted articles first undergo an ‘Initial Editorial Review’. The relevant steps are as follows:

  1. Initial check by the Editor-in-Chief (scope, format, plagiarism, etc.)
  2. Articles deemed suitable are assigned to the relevant Section Editor.
  3. They are sent to at least two independent reviewers.
  4. Based on the reviewer reports, the Section Editor and then the Editor-in-Chief make the final decision.
  5. Author revision process (if necessary)
  6. Final decision and publication preparation. Special deadlines are set for authors in cases requiring revision (e.g., 3 weeks for minor revisions, 8 weeks for major revisions).

Q8. What is the average decision time?
The standard time for referee evaluation is 30 days (approximately 4 weeks). The revision period is defined as 21 days for minor revisions and 60 days for major revisions, depending on the situation.
(Note: These are recommended times and may vary in special cases.)

Q9. Can authors appeal after a decision?
Yes. If authors wish to request a reconsideration of the decision based on grounds such as “unseen review, misinterpretation,” they may submit a written appeal with justification to the Editor-in-Chief.

4. Information for Authors

Q10. What should I pay attention to in the Author Guidelines?

  • Elements such as manuscript format, text length, title structure, reference style, table/figure standards.
