General Submission Process
Congratulations on taking the first step toward sharing your work with the scientific community. At Holistence Publications, we aim to make the submission process as transparent and straightforward as possible for you. Please carefully review the following steps to submit your manuscript.
1. Pre-Submission Checklist
Before uploading your manuscript, please ensure that you have completed the following steps to facilitate a smooth process:
- ✅ Scope Conformity: Confirm that your work fits the aims and scope of the journal.
- ✅ Author Guidelines: Review the "Author Guidelines" page and prepare your manuscript accordingly.
- ✅ Required Files:
- Main Manuscript File: Anonymized text (Word or LaTeX).
- Title Page: Includes authors’ names, affiliations, ORCID IDs, and contact details.
- Copyright Agreement Form: Completed and signed.
- ✅ Originality: Confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere. (Checked with iThenticate.)
- ✅ Ethics Approval: If applicable, ensure you have the ethics committee approval document.
2. Step-by-Step Submission Process
- Register / Log In: Create an account or log in to the journal portal.
- Start a New Submission: Click “Start a New Submission” from your dashboard.
- Follow the Submission Steps (5-Stage Process):
- Stage 1: Start – Select journal, language, and confirm checklist.
- Stage 2: Upload Files – Upload manuscript, title page, etc. (Main file anonymized).
- Stage 3: Enter Metadata – Add title, abstract, keywords, and author info.
- Stage 4: Confirmation – Review summary of files and information.
- Stage 5: Finish – Click “Finish Submission.” You will receive an email confirmation.
3. Post-Submission Process
- Initial Editorial Check (1–7 Days): Manuscript is checked for scope, formatting, and standards.
- Peer Review (4–8 Weeks): Sent to at least two experts for double-blind peer review.
- Editorial Decision:
- Accept – Accepted as is.
- Minor Revision – Requires small changes.
- Major Revision – Requires substantial changes.
- Reject – Not suitable for publication.
- Publication: Accepted papers are edited, typeset, and published online with a DOI.
