Publication Policy
Holistence Review is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Holistence Publications.
The journal accepts manuscripts only in English. All submissions are evaluated according to their originality, methodological quality, theoretical contribution, ethical compliance, relevance to the journal’s aim and scope, and contribution to international literature.
The journal publishes the following article types:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Systematic Reviews
- Methodological Papers
- Policy Analyses
- Comparative Studies
- Perspective Articles
- Case Studies with clear policy, system or service relevance
Holistence Review is published biannually, with continuous publication within each issue. Accepted articles are published online in their final form as soon as the editorial, copyediting, layout and proofreading processes are completed. Each issue remains open for continuous publication during its publication period and is formally closed at the end of the period.
The journal applies a double-blind peer review process. All manuscripts are first screened by the editorial office. Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers.
The journal does not charge any fees at any stage of the publication process. Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit and publication quality.
Publication Frequency
Holistence Review is published biannually, with continuous publication within each issue.
Accepted articles are published online in their final form as soon as the editorial evaluation, peer review, copyediting, layout editing, proofreading and DOI registration processes are completed.
Each issue remains open during its publication period:
- Issue 1: January–June
- Issue 2: July–December
At the end of each publication period, the issue is formally closed and archived.
This model combines the advantages of regular issue-based publishing with the speed and visibility of continuous publication.
